Arathusa Safari Lodge, Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Greater Kruger

Arathusa Safari Lodge

Location

Arathusa Safari Lodge is situated in Mpumalanga, South Africa, within the northern sector of the Sabi Sand Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. This region has a long and reputable history within the South African tourism industry due to the presence of high concentrations of wildlife, which is accessible by means of quality private game safaris. The Lodge is on a 868ha property. Game drives however, take place over an area of approximately 4000ha - due to reciprocal agreements with neighbouring landowners. The solitude enjoyed during game drives is not affected by this arrangement.

Lodge Features

Arathusa Safari Lodge has an intimate and hospitable camp, the use of natural fabrics and classic interior design ensures a simple and elegant experience.

The lodge overlooks a large waterhole where guests are often treated myriad sightings of game that comes to drink. (Please note that not all accommodation has views of the waterhole. Please enquire when booking).

In keeping with the traditional and natural safari experience, there are no televisions in the rooms at Arathusa. Guests are, however, able to send or receive e-mails and faxes from the reception area.

The main living area is intended for comfort. The warmth and charm of our camp's environment is the foundation of the Arathusa safari experience.
