AM Private Game Reserve

The AM Private Game Reserve is located in the Klaserie region of South Africa's Limpopo Province.

This area is a sanctuary to a large percentage of South Africa's wildlife. Tourists frequent this area in pursuit of the many luxury lodges and the thrill of the bushveld. Towns in the vicinity are Hoedspruit and Ba-Phalaborwa. Renowned Game Reserves include Thornybush and Timbavati.

AM Game Reserve is home to a range of animals including buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and several antelope species. The big-5 can be seen on special arrangement with the management on visits to one or more of the famous game reserves nearby.

AM Reserve is flanked by Big Five private game reserves that form part of the Greater Kruger National Park, an area that covers approximately 20 million hectares dedicated to the conservation of wildlife.

Staying at AM Game reserve will bring you within earshot of the lion roars that tear through the nights from the surrounding game reserves.

There are no fences between the Kruger National Park and the surrounding private game reserves, thus creating a vast wilderness area which offers some of the best game viewing in Africa, with the largest diversity of fauna and flora on the continent.

Accommodation

AM Lodge is set amid thickets of acacia, marula and leadwood trees in the AM Reserve. An exquisite option to use as a base when exploring the wonders of this area. The lodge blends with the environment and offers five star amenities amongst which is the sublime AM Wellness Spa.
